Order Information and Conditions of Delivery

Terms of order:
Our games can be ordered online or by using the printed form for ordering by fax. You can choose between payment by credit card, payment in advance or cash on delivery (additional EUR 5,50 C.O.D. charge).

Prices:
Prices are valid from the first of January 2005 until a new price list is published. Upon publication of a new price list all previous prices are automatically invalid. We cannot be held liable for printing errors.

Transit insurance:
Our products are insured against loss or damage in transit. Because of our insurance conditions, obvious damage in transit must be immediately recorded in the dispatch advice and must be reported to us. Damage in transit which is not obvious must be reported to us immdiately upon recognition and no later then five days after delivery.

Terms of return:
Items may be returned within 14 days. If the item does not meet your expectations, Please call us or send it back. The product must be in original condition and may not show any sign of use. If products are sent to foreign countries the customer bears all costs for delivery and return. Beside this right of return, your legal rights of guarantee remain without any excptions.

Tendering of account:
Deliveries are payable by credit card VISA and MASTER CARD, in advance to the following account: Raiffeisenbank Kirchdorf/Krems, Account number: 147.900, Code of the bank: 34318, IBAN: AT 3431 8000 0014 7900, BIC: RZ00AT2L318 or are sent COD.

Reservations of proprietary rights:
The items remain our property until complete payment. Place of payment and court of jurisdiction: # 4560 Kirchdorf Austria.

Data storage:
Under considerations of the requirements about data protection, we store and process personal and company data with the help of DEP (data processing). Our costumers agree to the fact to get informations from other companies occasionally. If these informations are not wanted, please make a note in the order list.

All descriptions of our products and historical informations are based on informations of our suppliers or on texts from historical books. They are passed on to the best of our knowledge and belief. We accept no responsibility for their correctness.
